You can collaborate with other users in real-time by giving them edit permission. This can be accessed by clicking on "File" and then "Add/Remove Collaborators" in the map editor menu. Once you see the popup, add users by entering their username and they will now see your map in their homepage and will be able to access it.

Yes! You can copy paste images directly into richtext box and one of our new features lets you upload PDFs to your map and also edit images in the map editor itself!

If you have many media content such as videos, documents and in general, many InfoBoxes, you might experience some lag. This is due to the massive amount of rendering that the browser has to do to draw all the components of the map. If you are experiencing delays in map edit functions, it could be due to your Internet connection - try un-checking the "Use real-time" mode in your account settings.
